seems that he's using the snowish icons http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/SnowIsh+SVG+%26+PNG?content=32599

about the theme, there a bunch of BrusheD!!! themes around...

What is that vinyl LP icon on your desktop? Some sort of music player? I like the looks of that! :)
