What's wrong in the screenlet

Hi , I'm new to python screenlets xml, etc ,etc so my code probably sucks lots :)
can someone tell me what's wrong with it?

Solved it, it was somehow related to theme.
on_draw wasn't right too.
Only problem I'm still having is I can't move the screenlet with the mouse and only in the options menu with x y. how can I solv this?

Are you using UA or Screenlets?
