Sure it's supported. If you can't find packages, you just need to install it by compiling it from source.

I'm not aware of a specific guide for building compiz on Fedora 9, or even installing new packages on Fedora 9. If you want to build from git, the only instructions I'm aware of are these: http://wiki.compiz-fusion.org/Installation
They are a little old and are, possibly, out-of-date, but the process would essentially be the same.
Mind you, I would not recommend this for someone inexperienced at building programs from source.

good recommendation considering that I don't trust me so much and of similar I have already tried of it. is the problem that if it doesn't go to good end, as I remove what I have "uninstalled" without risks? ;)

It's pretty easy to install in Fedora 9 64 bit, you just need to install the Livna repository, it has the video drivers and a lot of other goodies that fedora doesn't give you. There is a good guide @ http://www.fedoraguide.info/index.php?title=Main_Page and then for compiz-fusion 0.7.7, check out http://www.fedoraforum.org/forum/showthread.php?t=173317&page=1&pp=15
