minimiz maxmize bar

hi every one i have installed compiz fusion.. after that minimize and maximize bar is disappear.
plz give me a solution for it

Very common question. What you are missing are title bars and window decorations. You need to run one of Compiz Fusion's window decorators.

firo, could you please tell us...

1) what video card you are using,
2) which distro you are using,
3) which Desktop Environment you are using (GNOME, KDE or XFCE?), and
4) how you are starting Compiz?

Without this information, we can only blindly guess at the cause of the problem.
