Hello everyone,
I'm running compiz 0.7.5 on Debian lenny with a Logitech mx1000 mouse. I'm using the evdev mouse driver and keys are mapped via xbindkeys.
Now, I was wondering if it was possible to increase the mouse wheel sensitivity when rotating the cube to switch between workspaces. I remember Viewport Switcher being more "responsive" in Ubuntu Hardy and being able to rotate the cube without Compiz missing a single mouse wheel scroll.
Now in lenny, for instance, if I turn the mouse wheel once, then the cube rotates once, which is fine. If I want to rotate it twice, then I have to pause for a second between the first and second mouse scrolls in order to do so. If I scroll twice quickly, the cube rotates only once. This is what I mean when I say that cube rotation is not as responsive via the mouse wheel. Cube rotation is instantaneous via keyboard, which is exactly how I want it to be when rotating it via the mouse wheel.
Any ideas how to fix this issue? :curl-lip:
