Just letting you now that Nvidia released a new Beta-driver.
I allready tested it and I can confirm that the black-window-bug has not been fixed yet.
Hopefully they find a solution soon.

The version is: 100.14.03
EDIT2: X-server doesn't start here on Feisty after another restart, I'll see what I can do but till then I'll stick with 97.55.
