That particular video is a pretty old one. I don't think you'll find a higher quality version of it.
It also looks like it was recorded with a camera, that probably is the highest resolution you'll find.

doesn't look like cam quality to me but is there a newer video that shows all the cool plugins for compiz-fusion and has a high quality file available somewhere?
