Bicubic filtering plugin

I've made a small plugin that uses pixel shaders to do bicubic texture filtering.

Notes:
- you will need current compiz git.
- on Intel it will switch to software rendering (no chance to fix it)
- you may see artifacts if your card doesn't support GL_ARB_texture_float

I don't make videos. But you can enable this plugin on intel and then zoom in and you will see a video with 1 FPS ;)

Just a few comments.

Ubuntu Hardy running, nVidia 169.12 as driver

- Its hard to see any difference

- Hardy uses Cairo ver 1.5 (with patches, probably also David Turners)
