New layout for compiz website and wiki

After a long time of waiting we are finally proud to announce the launch of the new design for the compiz website. Most important new features are the integration of wiki and forum into one design using the new tabbed layout and the highly optimized and unique forum-template.

Please note that the redesign of our website was planned and mostly finished long before the merge-discussions with beryl began. So this has nothing to do with the merge and doesn't affect it in any way.
