It's great live usb /cd / anything with only 130mb.

Ubuntu 7.10 have compiz fusion installed by defalt,and of the distros I've tried,ubuntu has been most user friendly.

but ubuntu doesn't have ati/nvidia drivers included, sabayon does :D

Ubuntu does have ati drivers? (not sure about nvidia, but I doubt that the gallium driver is ready to use, so it won't be shipping that :P)

If all you want is a "Live CD with Compiz Fusion" do not get Ubuntu. It does not come with any configuration tools and does not come with any nVidia drivers (it does come with the 'radeon' open source ATI drivers, and they run quite nicely, but it has no options for nVidia) I've heard great things about Sabayan, so I'd say go with that.
