I use magic lamp minimization because the visual clue it makes.
I wish to use the zoom minimization but the fade effect it has makes the window disappear too early. Further, personally I don't like the fadings
If I disable animations, and I enable "minimize effect" but not the "fade effect", I get the behaviour I wish except I don't have animations for the rest of events.
Is there any human way to make zoom animation from animations plugin be fadeless?

Does disabling the Fade Effect plugin, enabling Animations plugin, and raising the duration of the Minimize Animation come a little closer to approximating the effect you wish to see?

I'm not aware of a way to disable the fading effect entirely.

No, it is better in the way I see where the window comes from or hides, but it takes too long to complete. Obviously the fade is still there...
