you do know this is a linux forum, and I doubt anyone knows how an osx specific program works :)

ohh, you mean the dock at the top there that has the icons go all over the place ??

(also, that video is a year old, kiba-dock is much better since then)

OSX dashboard (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dashboard_(software)) is more like screenlets (http://screenlets.org/index.php/Home)
(unfortunately that screenlets site is a little unmaintained, but the forum for it here (http://forum.compiz-fusion.org/forumdisplay.php?f=102) is fairly active)
