Snow modification: Matrix

I think it won't be hard to modify it as a 'Matrix' plugin... just wondered if someone could make it because I'm not skilled enough to do so :(

+1 would be nice, take a look at xwinwrap (http://en.opensuse.org/Xwinwrap) and you can compile it in any distro
