Hi folks,
I have a problem with my mousepointer. It's totally scrambled. I already tried changing the KDE mouse pointer theme, restarting X, logging out&in to KDE, changing window manager from Compiz to KDE and so on. Nothing helps.
I had those issues ever since I installed Compiz-Fusion. Mostly if I had Mozilla Seamonkey open and rotated screen. The simple pointer showed off like it was about 20 times over itself but vertically changed position of about 1mm. When I moved to some "special" region it changed to a flickering rectangle. When I moved out it reverted to normal.
Since yesterday this doesn't work anymore. The pointer looks like there is some kind of shadow... but not beneath but above the pointer and rather big and in the same color of the pointer. I found no way to make it look normal.
Another problem I have is the skydome. Whenever I restart Compiz-Fusion it's gone and I have a grey flat. It doesn't matter if I set a picture or gradient. The name of the picture as well as the gradient colors remain correct in ccsm. Setting those new sometimes helps but often not.
I hope someone can help me.
Regards
