My most idiotic translation was when somebody who did translation befor me translated:
move to viewport 1
move to viewport 2
so on..
Into
przełącz do pulpitu %d
It was when i was a total linux n00b, so i though %d meant number variable like %s for example and there is no need to put numbers in there... I just did Ctrl+v :D. I left it for about a month, then turn on ccsm, Viewport Switcher, and i get a lot of "zmień na wirtualny pulpit %d" andi think something like: WTF!? Now i need to correct everything.
PS.: That's not all. The made e.g. "wyłącz %s" instead of "wyłącz &s(plugin)s'
and then i got a lot of msgfmt errors, needed to correct it all by myself :D
PS2.: a small glossary of polish words, so that you do not get lost:

wirtualny pulpit - viewport
wyłącz - turn off
