Snap plugin

This is a port of the snap plugin, written by Guillaume "iXce" Seguin. It's for those people that want metacity-like edge resistance without using wobbly.

I had to comment out snapResizeNotify as beryl has extra arguments to that function. However, maniac wrote that bit of code and has agreed to MIT license it if I make a patch. Yay cooperation! :)

Any chance of getting a screenshot of this (and wall) up on the wiki?

The upgrade to Feisty broke X on my laptop so I am without composited anything!

They would both need a video. Snap is impossible to screenshot and wall at best looks like an OSD during plane movement and at worst a weird cube unfold during screenshots.
