Fold n'Drop

Hello!

I would like to ask if there is a plugin, which realises a similar technique like described at the Java Fold n'Drop Prototyp Page at

There is also a very impressive demo video available:

IMHO this would really improve the usefulness of my beryl/compiz installation and it would help to be more productive.
