Blur and intel 945GMA on AIGLX and compiz git

Hi,

I am very interested in the recent "blur developments" and wanted to try out the blur plugin.

When I put "blur" among the active plugins and restart compiz, I get the following output:

compiz: No stencil buffer. Region based blur disabled


Activating "alpha blur" and using "4xbilinear" has no effect whatsoever. When I try running the blurdemo I get a rather dissapointing result (screenshot (http://www.jel-lej.dk/Screenshot.png) ).

I assume that the stencil buffer issue is related to my blur problems. My question is then: is there any way to enable the stencil buffer?

I can confirm problems with blur on 945GM, yet it crashes whole system for me.

Also I don't think it is hardware issue, because when I had beryl running on the same system (along with Ubuntu) everything worked fine.

I'm using Arch Linux distro. If any other info will be needed, I'll provide it.
