Yeah, that's right... all of that was not found when compiz tried to start. For one, I don't use ATi or nVidia Graphic Cards (I use Intel, sorry.) Beryl worked with my Intel Card (But I had to install Emerald with it to make it work) So how do I get compiz to also work?

Those messages are not fatal errors.. The wrapper script is just running some tests. If compiz isn't starting up for you, we'd need to see the full output from the command to tell you why.

Compiz IS starting up, it's just giving wierd output like I told you in this thread (http://forum.compiz-fusion.org/showthread.php?t=4848). Making it impossible for me to set focus to the terminal window again, or panels.

Well, I'm still not sure I understand the problem. It seems lots of people have run compiz and beryl from liveCD's without this problem, though.
So if you run 'compiz --replace' in a terminal, without any extra configuration, you have problems?

Compiz doesn't start actually anymore. It gives the following output:

Your 3D drivers are clearly not setup correctly, which would explain why you have so many problems with compiz and beryl.
What's the full output from 'LIBGL_DEBUG=verbose glxinfo' ? Can you go to http://pastebin.ca/ and paste in your full /var/log/Xorg.0.log file and then give us the URL?

You seem to be missing the Xorg 3D driver for your card... I'm not on Ubuntu at the moment but, iirc, it should be part of the libgl1-mesa-dri package, so try reinstalling that and then see if 'glxinfo | grep -i direct' shows that you have direct rendering. This doesn't require rebooting or restarting X, just reinstalling that single package.

Try restarting X now, and make sure AIGLX is enabled. You shoudl see something like this in your /var/log/Xorg.0.log file:
(II) AIGLX: Loaded and initialized
If that's enabled, compiz should work for you...

Sorry, I had shut down Xubuntu, so now I have to install everything again. Once I do, should I restart Xorg?

I still don't understand why you have to install everything again after shutting down xubuntu?

LiveCD, remember. Xubuntu also doesn't come with compiz. (Although it can install it without any errors.) Also, here's what the Xorg log says about what you want:

(WW) AIGLX: 3D driver claims to not support visual 0x24

But wait, there's more! After running compiz again:
Checking for Xgl: not present.
Detected PCI ID for VGA: 00:02.0 0300: 8086:27a2 (rev 03) (prog-if 00 [VGA])
Checking for texture_from_pixmap: not present.
Trying again with indirect rendering:
Checking for texture_from_pixmap: present.
Checking for non power of two support: present.
Checking for Composite extension: present.
Comparing resolution (1280x800) to maximum 3D texture size (2048): Passed.
Checking for nVidia: not present.
Checking for FBConfig: present.
Checking for Xgl: not present.
/usr/bin/compiz.real (video) - Warn: No 8 bit GLX pixmap format, disabling YV12 image format
And then the terminal hangs, and then spits out more errors like before. Also, if I try to take a screenshot:
/bin/sh: gnome-screenshot: not found
So I can't show you what happens to my windows after running compiz (All of the top bars disappear, meaning I can't close or minimize windows (I also can't do that from the panels at the bottom)) What gives?

Now that I have the bottom panel accepting commands again (All I had to do was restart Xorg for that to work) I have to fix why the title bar for each window (Every window I open, pop-ups included) disappears.
When I remove the windows decoration plugin from compiz, it gives me this error:

That also happens when I try to enable that plugin too. It also happens when I try to enable/disable ANY plugin.
All of these issues were fixed by installing emerald. ^^
