Scrolling to the corner of the Desktop, and all the windows pop up.

I remember when using beryl, I could scroll to the top corner of the desktop, and all the windows in the workspace would show up in squares across the screen.

I cant figure out how to set it up on compiz-fusion though :S

First of all you'll have to enable the "scale" plugin. Then just set initiate or initiate on all workspaces to be activated by proper screen edge in actions tab of scale plugin settings.
