Compiz under Debian - Black Screen + Reset X

Hi,

I'm running debian etch, using kernel 2.6.18-3 with graphic card NVIDIA GeFore FX 5500. I'm using nvidia driver 9631.

When I try to run compiz I get a Black screen , and my x resets.

I've tried using also nvidia driver 100.14.19 and it didn't work as well.

What is wierd is, when I used my Ubuntu live cd, the compiz worked (but a bit slowly). I've tried even using xorg.conf of the Ubuntu , and using the same nvidia drvier, and it didn't work in the debian.

Attached is my original xorg.conf (from debian).

Any Ideas?

I think it is something with the x window decoration...

I have no idea how to debug it, the only error I get is:
X connection to :0.0 broken (explicit kill or server shutdown).
