I would like inactive windows not to be brought to front / made active when their close or minimised buttons are pressed, because of two reasons:
-It's the way metacity behaves, thus it would make make transition between both WMs more seamless.
-I really think it makes more sense; when you click the minimise or close button of a window it's rarely because you want to SEE that window; Rather because you want to get it out of sight. So why show it in the first place?
