Compiz has some VERY annoying focus behavior. In beryl there's "Level of focus stealing prevention", which, when set to None works best.
If it's not set to None, gtk_window_present does not work properly.
Compiz doesn't have this option at all so I can't get gtk_window_present to work ok.

I have no problem with gtk_window_present in compiz. Can you be more accurate, please?

In last git, i just added an option to disable focus prevention...
If it's not working, tell me, i will give a look...

Try Google :)

Sorry, I didn't say I wasn't talking about the last version, I'm using "some" 0.3.4 from FC7 development.
