How can I increase the brightness of the windows on the cube faces in Compiz as viewed from the inside of the transparent cube? In Beryl they are much brighter and can actually be read (in reverse of course) as the cube is rotated even when the opacity is low.
Also the raise window effect does not seem to work in Compiz.

Thanks!! Now if I could figure out how to get the windows to raise up off the cube face ... (enable 3D effects ?)
Is it true that this feature is not yet implemented?
I'm using Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon beta release.

The 3D plugin is part of the unsupported plugins package and, as a result, is not included in the default gutsy packages.
