I've a dual screen pc setup with two video cards, Nvidia fx5200 as primary agp adapter and an old 3dfx pci card as second one.
It is possible to enable compiz to run only on the first graphic card and not on the second one?

The compiz command line parameter --only-current-screen is your friend here ;)
