mouse events - maybe bug

when I seted up moving windows with Button5 in emerald (i dont know number, but it happends with any mouse button) then moving window with draging them button1 drag on titlebar it moves window until next mouse klik; you no need have mouse button pressed to move window, just klik on titlebar, then window will follow the cursor and klik again to release it ... try it and you will see

i dont know if it is emerald, core or plugin bug ...

i hope you undestand, it is dificult to describe it in english for me :D
