Install theme on FC6

So i downloaded a file called 45402-Scaled_Black_Mod.cgwdtheme from gnome-look.org. How do i install a theme on Fedora Core 6? Somehow the theme manager lost its capablity to change the window borders.

I don't know about the fedora-packages, but I think cgwd is too outdated to work with the latest compiz. Cgwd (which is now called emerald) was intentionally designed for the quinnstorm-branch of compiz (which is now beryl). You can use metacity-themes together with the gtk-window-decorator. The brainstorming for creating a new decorator has already started, but it's still in pre-planning phase.
