How to add a screenlet to Applications -> Screenlets?

The title says it all. I want to add the flower screenlet there! But I don't know how.

You can do that in the menu-editor.
Just run alacarte in a terminal or via [Alt]+[F2]

Or do a rightclick on Applications/Places/System → Edit Menus.
