It's actually available since about two weeks now.
I can't say I'm a fan of this... and after Linspire's collaboration with Windows, I'm even more sceptical.

What's this about ? They think it's better to use their cnr thing than rpm, or deb, or etc ? If so I hope it won't screw up with all systems and distributions...

AFAIK they're using debs and rpms for the applications, so I think your package management system stays intact - but the packages are coming from their servers, instead of pulling them from your distribution's repositories. So yeah, dependency problems may not be unlikely.
Additionally - at least if you're on Ubuntu anyway (because it has a very similar application called gnome-app-install/adept-installer) - it's pretty useless for software that's free for distribution.
So the main "clue" is, that they are providing proprietary and commercial software too.
