Window titles for the scale plugin

The scale plugin is currently very difficult to use if you have lots of windows open. What I suggest is to display the windows' titles in rounded semi-opaque labels on top of the thumbnails.

Apple did this but only for the "currently selected" window. I suggest, for usability purposes, to display the label for all windows (maybe give an option to display it only on the selected window).

Look at this: the window in the center has a label that is very easy to read.
