State plugin does't load

I've got some problem when i try to load state plugin, what plugins order do i have to respect?

scale doesn't seems to work with last git compiz :(

The state plugin must be loaded after the place plugin and before the widget plugin.

Try recompiling the plugin by typing make clean && make install

I have fixed the state plugin now so that it loads properly, can you test it and let me know if it works or not.
