When moving the mouse down to bring up kxdocker, kxdocker stays in the background behind the foreground window. I had the same exact issue in Beryl with kxdocker, the solution in Beryl was to set the focus stealing prevention policy to none. Compiz-fusion 0.5.1+git20070730~3v1ubuntu0 doesn't seem to have this setting, the closest I can find is "Focus prevention windows", which doesn't seem to make a different what I set it too, I tried any, none, type=dock, !type=dock, etc. I am left with good old Beryl until this issue gets resolved.

Any suggestions?
Does anyone the URL to formally place a bug report?

I'm now running compiz-core 0.5.5~git20070904+3v1ubuntu0 and am still experiencing this issue. I am listing below some kxdocker attributes as reported by xprop, as well as the full xprop output as a attachment. I also tried the "Window Rules" plugin and matching "above" other windows and that had no effect either.

type=DOCK
role=xGDocker
name=Qt-subapplication
class=
