I'm using Ubuntu Feisty with the latest Compiz Fusion from gis Repository.
Recently, I have this error:
The Windows decoration is lost whenever I open XMMS.
This is my Decoration windows rule: "any"
Please help,

Try right-clicking on XMMS, then options -> preferences -> options -> select show window decorations.
And, before you ask - yes, clicking options twice does seem a little strange.
Oddly enough, I only get wobbly window effects in XMMS when window decorations are turned on.

No, I mean Window decoration of all windows are lost, not xmms.

I remember having a similar (possibly the same) problem when I migrated from Beryl to Compiz Fusion - cool Effects but no title bar.
This was caused by using the wrong window manager and subsequently the wrong version of the window manager.
Steps I would give to fix my problem...
1.) make sure the version of emerald/metacity/etc. matches the version of Compiz Fusion.
2.) If you had Beryl installed previously, or can get the Compiz Fusion icon working, make sure the correct window manager actually running. Otherwise type "emerald --replace" or something like that.
3.) Make sure xorg.conf file includes any necessary tweaks for the video card.
Hopefully this will help solve your problem also.
However, I think I just caught the meaning of your message after writing all this - It all works fine until you open XMMS, right?
Try to see if there are multiple versions of your window managers installed on your system. See what happens when you type "emerald --replace" after the problem occurs. I suspect emerald is somehow experiencing a crash of some sort, but I'm no expert on this - just a user who doesn't experience this problem.

Yes, everything works fine until I open XMMS: all window title bars disappeared. I don't have Emarald installed too.
This issue did not happen before.

It works now!
Finally, I understood the warning "Use at your own risk".
Anyway, good job Compiz Fusion ;)
