Using

- today's git sources (via gentoo xeffects overlay)
- xorg-server-1.2.0, nvidia-drivers-100.14.11
- TwinView, KDE, kde-window-decorator
- amd64

When I maximize a window, it maximizes to the full screen, ignoring kicker. kicker is displayed on top of the maximized windows, so I can't see that part of the maximized window. I had the same problem with latest beryl. With beryl I used aquamarine, now I'm using kde-window-decorator.

Couldn't find any posts about this. Any help is much appreciated.

I have the same problem at the moment. Did you solve this?

I solved this issue on my machine by ticking the

Utility -> Workarounds -> Legacy Fullscreen Support

box.

If that doesn't work, additionally put

state=fullscreen

in

Window Management -> Window Rules -> Above

hello, unfortunately I can't help with the problem, but in future please use an "Unsolved" prefix to your thread title, and change it to knownIssue/bug/solved as appropiate as time goes on (In advanced edit of the first post), thankyou :D
