How to make a window open on the display where mouse is?

With multimonitor, both metacity and beryl opened a new window in the display were the mouse cursor is. I found it a usefull feature. Now all apps open in display 1, So I have to drag them to another monitor. How to modify this? Thanks.

No chance to do this in Compiz.
I asked the same question long ago and this was the answer. Too bad, I am missing this feature too, very useful when using dual head.
