Changes to Switcher:

Switcher should always open to allow as many applications to be seen as possible. When I have exactly 4 applcations open, switcher only displays 3, forcing me to scroll through inorder to see the 4th applications. It should have displayed 4. When i have 2 applications, Switcher shows me 3, with one duplicated. While i understand the use of odd numbers was an artistic choice, it is not practical. Switcher should open to the number of applications open.

It would be nice, though not really nessecary, for switcher to tell me how many windows i have open. Just a little number in the left hand corner will do.

Switcher should have text on all thumbnails, identifying the program name.

This pertains to Switcher in All Desktop mode.
Switcher currently brings the selected application forward if its on the current desktop and not minimized. However, this would be more useful if every application did so, regardless of desktop and minimization status. However, the cube should NOT rotate. Too much rotating gives me a headache.

Switcher should differentiate between applications on differant desktops. There should be 4 rows, each representing one desktop. The applications running on the first desktop should occupy the first row, the 2nd row is the 2nd desktop, etc.

Thank you. Feel free to contact me at dchang<at>imsa.edu if you have any questions. Good luck.

I agree most with the adaptive width of switcher.
One suggestion from me is the switcher should pop up with a short message instead of doing nothing when no windows are opened.
Yes, and sometimes the animation is smooth but the window titles in the bottom line are very lagged, so I can't quickly distinguish similar windows - could that be fixed, please?
