Window focus on dual head configuration

I am running Compiz Fusion compiled using Treviño's makefusiondebs and it is running well except for a few exceptions. I prefer to use Click to Focus but doing that results in the window on Screen 0 that last had focus gets input focus when I rotate the cube on Screen 1. If I turn off Click to Focus input focus follows the mouse pointer but if the mouse is not over a window after rotating the cube focus switches to last active window on Screen 0.
Does anyone know a way around this?
