Hi there
Packages for debian etch:
deb http://morrigan.ch/debian stable main contrib non-free
Remember: pygtk is 2.8.x, for fusion-icon, cssm, etc. you NEED 2.10.x.
Have fun...

So after some weeks of downtime the server will be back this night. New builds and a little trick for the gtk-problem. ;-)
I should works too under ubuntu.
Sorry for the long time, but after some trouble with my provider and the police about a tor server, I had no fancy to set up the portage.
But I think there are enough compiz-portages and you sure used a other one. Saw only in the log file much tries to connect to the portage. ;-)

Sorry my gentoo had some very strange troubles and so I had no chance the start my virtual machine where I have the packages.
It's simply, I've compiles a newer version of gtk and put it under a other directory, so only compiz use it. Not the best way, but it is working.
Hope at the end of the week my gentoo is running and I can upload the stuff, sorry for the waiting.
Now have to fix the damn emerge --update world -eav :(

Hope you are up and running again soon! Or perhaps Shame can host them until your server is up again?

The server is not the problem, my private pc at home has a virtual machine with the packages, but the gentoo on this pc is crashed and so I can't start the vm.

So Gentoo is running and repo is set up on the server.
Packages will be uploaded this night or saturday. I have no chance atm to test the packages, so please report problemes with fusion-icon or other stuff here and do not install psi or qt from this repo, it will kill your system! :P

Hi (my english is bad, im speak spanish better :P), i have a Debian etch distro to AMD64 architecture, my desktop manager is KDE and my videoboard is a nVidia 7300.
I visit hundreds, no, thousand, million of forums (:S) and nothing that they explain functions in my configuration...
In this friday night i fall into this forum, see the topics, the title and said: "ˇGuau, this is that i need!"
When i read this topic, i felt happy because think that is my compiz-karma-solution :D
A little detail break down this ilussion: ˇˇthe mentioned repository is for x386 architecture!!
And then, i fall in a dejected cry.
żAny can explain in a semi-newbie mode how i can install a compiz?
txs :)
