Creating windows at mouse cursor

I really miss this feature from Beryl. Very useful when using dual view to start applications on the second monitor and open windows where my mouse cursor is. Is this possible with Compiz?

I don't think there's a way to make new windows appear on your mouse cursor, but you can move the currently focused window to where your cursor is by enabling the Put plugin. After you open a window, just press Super+Z.
