This was a popular plugin from the early days which stopped developent. I would like to bring it back as it could become a base for another great plugin.
It is still very buggy so I would not recommend it unless you are a developer. Having said that, I have created, scaled and rotated a window.
There were some changes to the core on 17 Oct which I think made it into the 0.3.2 release. The current version on my server only works with this version or higher.
There is a major bug here which I cannot work out. Whenever the miniwin is closed the X server crashes. This happens if I close the parent window or xkill the miniwin. I have commented out the line that closes the mindow if you close the parent. I cannot debug at the moment because there is also a bug in xnest.
