[SOLVED] Window decoratior missing on last ubuntu update

Dear all,
i'm using last update from ubuntu trevino repository and when running compiz --replace
i get compcomm running but without any window decoration (win dec plugin is active).
Terminal get also white !
Any hint ?

after compiz --replace
run emerald --replace&
(replace "emerald" with your prefered decorator)

Run: [code:ac1ac]sudo nvidia-xconfig --add-argb-glx-visuals -d 24[/code:ac1ac] Then restart X

(White terminals diagnoses that as the problem.)

i've tried and with last command white terminal is solved, but i'm still without any window-decoration.
Here is the output of commands
