Avant Window Navigator fix

The author seems to have ignored my email so I'm posting here. This is a patch for Avant Window Navigator to fix the way magic lamp looks on minimize (the icon size that magic lamp (and other minimize animations) use was twice the size it should be). You need to download the [url=http://code.google.com/p/avant-window-navigator/source:981e2]sources[/url:981e2] for AWN and apply this patch in its folder.
