Compiz Plugins versioning

Hi,
I want to make some gentoo ebuilds for mikedee's external plugins so
i would like to know if we are going to have a versioning schema for them.

I can see that there is a version on compiz-extra so maybe we can set up a package repository so that it can download the source from there??

In www.anykeysoftware.co.uk/compiz/plugins/ there is only the latest version. It would be nice if there are a few versions back also...
