can we get an area in Development section for backtrace's

can we get an area in the CompComm Development section
for reporting the backtrace's
i'm not sure that these would fit properly in the other compcomm area's
like CompComm Users which is really more for installation and operational
assistance

having an area for the backtrace to report bugs, in the development
section i think would be more convenient for the devs

Backtraces should be done in a bug report once we get a system up for that.
