Which effect/function causes windows to jump or twitch

I find that after I move and release a wobbly window sometimes the window won't stay still - it pulses - like a heartbeat sometimes - I need to move it about for a while till it decides to settle.

I have played with various settings in the Beryl Manager but Can't stop this behaviour - what causes it?

Just a wild guess, but my first suspicion is that some settings in Wobbly Windows are the culprit.

Have you already looked at the Basic tab -> Snap section?

Or, perhaps, the Advanced tab -> Edge section?

I do remember someone posting an insane configuration using these variables, which would cause the windows to endlessly twitch after being released... so that's what I'm basing my suspicions upon.
