Currently i have two systems : Kubuntu and Ubuntu, but both of them are the latest.
i have seen there was one article
<[url=http://forum.beryl-project.org/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=2324:ff35f]Ubuntu Edgy How to Install XGL/BERYL for ATI Xpress 200[/url:ff35f]>

You first need to make sure you're using the fglrx drivers and have them installed properly. You should be able to enable them with the 'restricted-manager' utility.

Then just follow the directions on this page:

You need to use the 'restricted-manager' to install the "ATI accelerated graphics driver".

Once you get that installed, you'll want to follow these directions to get beryl working:

I've never used the envy script so I can't really comment on it... Well, other than to say that numerous people have popped onto the irc channel with systems that are unusable after running the envy script.
