Where is the "Always on Visible Viewport"

I've now Kubuntu 7.04, and there is no menupoint "Always on Visible Viewport" on the popup menu anymore in Beryl Version 0.2.1. The menupoint was in Kubuntu 6.10 and Beryl 0.2.0 there.

Is there any solution to show this menupoint?

that feaure comes from the patched libwnck
look for it in the svn repo for your distro
