Aquamarine uses your KDE theme. So there's no extra configuration application for it.

Aquamarine allows you to use KWin (KDE window decorator) themes, which are basically border styles for the windows. A [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Window_decorator:784d6]window decorator[/url:784d6] handles the basic function of drawing those borders; without one, you wouldn't have titlebars on the windows (and might not be able to move them around at all).
If you have Aquamarine enabled and you see the window borders appearing normally, then it's doing its job. ;) Of course, it's not as exciting as Emerald (which has its own theme format and is notable for allowing "glass" effects), but if you really can't live without your existing KWin theme, Aquamarine is there to provide support for it. :)
