Antialiasing doesn't seem to be working, even though I have it on maximum.

Hmm I can't really tell from the screenshot, it's too small. Can you post a better screenshot? Edit: i.e. bigger :P

if u are using ati, i dont think it will work
i tried to turn on FSAA and it just destroyed X. didnt break it, just messed up the output....

with nvidia, im not sure

disable fbo blur

and put

nvidia-settings -l

in your startup scripts before beryl/compiz is loaded
