Alright, as you can see, I have two monitors. Monitor A is my laptop's screen. Monitor B is my external LCD.

I use the cube. When I move something to cube face 2 (for example) on Monitor B and fullscreen or maximize it, it's fine. Then I go back to cube face 1 and click on the program in the taskbar (which happens to be on Monitor A). The cube spins to cube face 2, then the program pops up (fullscreen or maximized) on Monitor A. It moves from Monitor B to Monitor A. It's really annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks,
-Latch

im not sure if i understand your problem, but i have a similar one. on my dual setup with nvidia drivers, starting apps like blender will make it full screen, which puts blender behind the gnome-panel.
this makes it such that i cannot move it or resize.

i think this is just weirdness with the nvidia drivers, because the gnome panel is only on one display. (it didnt do that when the panel was across both displays, but i cannot get a working config that way with nvidia)

No, yours is different than mine. You can press CTRL-ALT-Enter in Beryl to go fullscreen. That's what I meant by fullscreen.
